Really enjoyed a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment in the room. The staff were caring and responsive and had a sense of humour.

Location very close to taxis and a supermarket. Breakfast with cakes, home made pastries and also jam.

I came here for 1 night and had a really really nice stay. I liked staying in this nicely designedgood central hotel. I had an outstanding and superb breakfast with pastries, superb home made sweets. The family room I got was included with 2 bedrooms and a kettle, for example.

We stayed in tastefully decorated room with 2 bedrooms, and greatly enjoyed it. Had a mini bar, climate control, and multi-channel TV, and several times we got bread and pastries for breakfast.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Gavi. Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel is impressive. From the comfortable mattresses to the well-appointed bathrooms, everything is designed with the guest's comfort in mind. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast. The selection of home-made pastries and delicacies is simply mouth-watering.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a large shopping outlet and is situated right in the centre of town with ample parking nearby. The comfortable rooms are clean with modern facilities and a good shower. The kind and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay experience. A delicious homemade breakfast with local products is included.

Our romantic escape was hindered by the lack of privacy as the walls were quite thin and noise from other rooms and the hallway was easily heard. the air conditioning system was quite noisy and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
